Mark Anderson

The late Mark Anderson was a four-time state champion on the diving board for the Putnam City Pirates.  Not only did Anderson pull off the rare four-year sweep, but he also broke the state record for high score each of his four years.  For his accomplishments, Mark was twice named to the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association All-American team and was featured in Sports Illustrated in 1970.  Anderson continued his career at Princeton, where he was an All-American for the Tigers in 1972.
