Tim Sydnes
Tim Sydnes never took any time off during his career at Putnam City West. In the Fall, he was busy as the kicker for the Patriots football team. He earned All-City and All-State recognition twice. He also kicked a then state record field goal of 63 yards his senior season. During the winter, he was scoring points for the Patriot basketball team and earning All-City mention on the hardwood as a Senior. The Spring was soccer season for Sydnes. He earned All-State honors on the pitch as a Senior. Tim went on to start as the kicker for Oklahoma State’s football team for four seasons.
