Leslie Hudson

Leslie Hudson was a multi-sport superstar at Putnam City West and beyond.  As a Patriot, she was the Oklahoman’s City Player of the Year in basketball as a Senior.  She had been mentioned on the All-City team as a Junior as well.  She was also a First Team All-State pick on the hardwood.  On the softball field, Hudson was also an All-State selection.  She chose to continue playing basketball at Southwestern Oklahoma State.  She was an All-Conference selection and played on a National Runner-Up team for the Bulldogs.  She finished up at Southwestern in 1994, but in 1995, she returned to the softball field at Oklahoma City University. She led the team to win the National Championship during each of her two seasons at OCU and was a First Team All-American pick while leading the nation in RBI’s as a Senior.  She helped OCU win a third-straight national title as a graduate assistant coach in 1997.
